Job summary

Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at one of our TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support while building local client relationships and expanding TurboTax reach in your community. As part of a collaborative team, you will stay with the client meetings, connect them with specialists for bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, and help guide customers through complex tax scenarios,

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office; 20 hours/week minimum; 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within Intuit.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
• Collaborate with specialists to provide end-to-end Intuit experience.
