Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while collaborating with a network of specialists.

You will also grow the local client base, build relationships with customers, and showcase Intuit resources to deliver end-to-end solutions and outstanding service in the community.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid return preparation (1040) using professional software.
• Willing to work onsite 20 hours/week, Mon–Fri, 8:00–5:00.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
