Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert tax advice, and connect customers with a broader team of specialists to deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience. You will also help grow TurboTax’s local client base, attract new clients, and foster long-term relationships with the community by leveraging marketing support and TurboTax tools.

Qualifications

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Experience with personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week at a TurboTax office.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through community outreach, workshops, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience.
