Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations nationwide. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, deliver expert tax guidance, and collaborate with a team of specialists to address complex financial needs.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney lic. required or preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours/week; hours may scale during tax season.
• Willing to complete training and development as determined by the business; uniforms provided; may be featured in marketing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory services encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to build and grow a local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning; ensure end-to-end experience.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional conduct and clear communication.
