Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to join onsite teams, providing hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance for personal and business taxes.

You will engage with the local community, grow the client base, and collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver seamless, end-to-end support. Qualifications

• EA/Enrolled Agent or CPA or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20 hours/week minimum, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Must complete required training and development; uniforms provided; advertising identity usage.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax scenarios.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, growing the local client base and organizing events with marketing support.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools; address inquiries and tax challenges.
