Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full‑service tax return preparation for TurboTax clients.

You’ll work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions, from personal to business taxes, while growing a local client base and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You will engage with the local community, organize events, and leverage Intuit tools to build trust and loyalty, aiming to expand both your client

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software. Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing to complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit provided uniforms and use your name for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - actively build and grow a new local customer base and become the local face of TurboTax.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build Relationships - develop long-term trust and recurring client relationships.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience - ensure professional, helpful service both in person and via video tools.
