Sanitary Linen Service in Norfolk, VA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our local customer base across Hampton Roads. You will manage a defined territory, call on restaurants, hotels and healthcare offices, present tailored proposals, and close service agreements.

This full-time role includes a base salary plus commission and a company car. First-year earnings typically $55,000–$65,000, with higher potential in following years.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Comfort starting conversations with new people and persistence after rejection.
• Self-motivation and organization to plan and manage your week.
• Basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel).
• Outside sales, B2B, route sales, or customer service experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Find new customers in territory by phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Meet with owners/managers, assess needs, and prepare proposals.
• Close new service agreements and hit monthly sales goals.
• Hand accounts to service team and follow up for satisfaction.
• Track calls, visits, and deals in CRM (HubSpot).
