Job summary

Workforce Recruiter is assisting a family‑owned linen service in Brooklyn and Staten Island in finding an Outside Sales Representative. This hunter role is 100% focused on acquiring new customers and transitioning accounts after onboarding.

You will prospect, present, and close contracts with restaurants, leveraging a base salary of $65-75k plus uncapped commissions. Top performers can exceed $120k+ annually and enjoy comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hunter, quota-driven outside sales role.
• Experience in linen service, uniform service, or commercial laundry is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target new business in an exclusive territory using a consultative sales approach.
• Prospect daily via cold calls, in-person visits, networking, and referrals.
• Build relationships with owners, operators, and facility managers.
• Deliver in-person and virtual sales presentations with strong product and service knowledge.
• Track pipeline, activities, and customer interactions in Salesforce.
• Maintain marketplace visibility through networking and events.
• Partner with leadership, operations, and support teams to support onboarding, implementation, and customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed quarterly revenue goals and activity metrics.
