Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Portsmouth, VA is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to grow business by selling laundry, delivery, repair and branding services to local companies.

You will build relationships in a B2B setting, use a CRM, meet weekly and quarterly quotas, and participate in training and certification programs. The role includes a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to spend majority of week meeting prospective customers in the field.
• Office hours: Monday & Wednesday 7:30–12:00, Friday 7:30–10:00; field sales activities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within the local territory.
• Utilize CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and meet weekly sales goals.
• Provide weekly laundry, delivery, repair and branding solutions to customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
• Work in a B2B sales environment and achieve performance quotas.
