Job summary

World Acceptance Corporation of Alabama is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage delinquent accounts, and assist customers with tax returns. The role requires daily outbound calls, in-person meetings, and closing loans in a fast-paced branch environment.

You will balance cash, process payments, gather documents, and maintain accurate records while meeting performance goals and contributing to branch results.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, or collections with measurable results.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; reliable data entry.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Outbound daily outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation in a high-volume environment.
• Prepare individual tax returns, gather and review documents, and assist customers with tax questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation services, payments, account questions, and issue resolution.
• Process payments, account updates, tax-related documentation, and document activity in company systems.
• Maintain accurate and compliant records, including credit denials letters and tax documentation; handle cash and bank runs.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; complete training and meet performance expectations.
