World Acceptance Corporation seeks a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage delinquent accounts, and assist customers with tax services and banking tasks in a fast-paced branch.

You will make daily outbound calls, meet customers in person, and close loans while balancing collections and service duties. This role offers performance-based earnings and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and maintain accurate data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications and explaining terms.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business.
• Manage delinquent accounts and secure payments; arrange payment schedules.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax prep, and payments.
• Process payments and document activity in company systems.
• Maintain accurate records and complete bank runs for deposits.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
