Job summary

World Acceptance Corporation of Alabama is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist customers with tax services in a busy branch setting.

The role requires daily outbound calling, in-person customer meetings, and meeting performance goals across sales, collections, tax services, and branch operations. Compensation ranges hourly with performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Must be able to independently perform bank runs, including transporting deposits.

Responsibilities

• Drive loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and arranging payments.
• Contact approved, pending, and former borrowers to drive loan volume and cross-sell financial products.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax services, and payments.
• Process payments, account updates, and tax documents in company systems.
• Maintain accurate records and compliant documentation.
• Handle cash, perform bank runs, and balance deposits.
• Follow company policies and regulatory requirements.
