The role requires high-volume outbound calls, meeting performance goals, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced office environment. Compensation is hourly with performance bonuses and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• High-volume call handling and difficult conversations.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections and new business generation.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax-related questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation, payments, and account questions.
• Process payments, account updates, tax documents, and document activity in systems.
• Maintain accurate records, balance cash, and perform bank runs.
