World Acceptance Corporation of Alabama is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, handle collections, and prepare tax returns. The role requires daily outbound calls, in-person customer interactions, and closing loans to meet performance targets.

You'll balance cash, process payments, and maintain compliant records while supporting tax services and account management at a busy branch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and transportation available.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills with accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation, payments, and questions.
• Process payments, account updates, tax docs, and document activity in systems.
• Maintain accurate and compliant records and complete bank runs for deposits.
• Follow policies and regulatory requirements; meet sales, collections, tax, and account goals.
