The role requires daily outbound calling, in-person customer interactions, and closing loans in a fast-paced branch environment while meeting performance goals across sales, collections, and tax services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform bank runs and transport deposits.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications and explaining terms.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections and new business.
• Manage delinquent accounts and secure payments with payment arrangements.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications and tax services.
• Process payments, maintain records, and balance cash daily.
