World Acceptance Corporation seeks a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and assist customers with tax services in a branch setting.

The role requires high-volume calling, in-person customer meetings, and meeting performance goals across sales, collections, tax services, and operations. Compensation includes an hourly base with bonus opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult customer conversations.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with questions.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation services, payments, account questions, and issue resolution.
• Process payments, account updates, tax-related documentation, and document activity in company systems.
