Job summary

AEG Presents in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Contract Administrator to support legal, operations, accounting, and production teams in reviewing artist, venue, co-promotion, vendor, locations, and sponsor agreements. You will work with the Manager of Contract Administration and accounting to process wire requests and deposits and ensure venue insurance requirements are met on an event-by-event basis.

The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and maintaining venue and ancillary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; BA/BS degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of related work experience.
• Paralegal or legal experience preferred.
• Knowledge of contract administration and legal language.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of Special Events agreements, including drafting, issuing, negotiating, reviewing, executing, and maintaining venue license agreements.
• Draft, review, and administer ancillary agreements, including vendor agreements and data-sharing agreements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and other internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy of event details and contractual terms.
• Review and approve certificates of insurance and related compliance documentation.
• Develop and improve contract administration processes and communications between field teams and corporate offices.
