Job summary

AEG in Seattle, WA is seeking a Contract Administrator to support legal, operations, accounting and production teams. You will review artist, venue, co-promotion, vendor, location, and sponsor agreements, issue revisions, and coordinate wire requests and deposits for events.

Responsibilities include ensuring insurance requirements are met, developing contract processes, and assisting with template creation.

Qualifications

• Must have strong data collection and data point clarification
• Experience reviewing and editing contracts and related documents
• Knowledge of legal language and contract administration is preferred

Responsibilities

• Review and edit artist, venue, and other contracts; issue revisions to relevant teams
• Coordinate wire requests and deposits for artists and venues; obtain approvals
• Ensure insurance requirements per contract are met for each event
• Develop and update contract procedures and templates; keep show files current
• Possibly train new staff in contract administration and templates
• Collaborate with exhibitors to confirm paperwork and venue updates
