Job summary

AEG Worldwide is seeking a Contract Administrator to work with legal, operations, accounting and production teams to manage artist, venue, and sponsor agreements. The role includes processing wire requests and deposits, and ensuring venue insurance requirements are met for each event.

The candidate will review contracts, coordinate approvals, and support contract templates and training. This is a full-time on-site role in the West Palm Beach area with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; BA/BS preferred.
• 2-4 years of related work experience.
• Paralegal or legal experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of contract administration and legal language.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and edit artist, venue, co-promotion, vendor, location, and sponsor contracts.
• Process wire requests and deposits for artists and venues; coordinate with accounting.
• Review venue insurance requirements per contract obligations and ensure compliance.
• Develop and update contract processes and disseminate information from field to office.
• Train new staff in contract administration and create templates for training.
• Coordinate with exhibitors and communicate venue information as needed.
