Job summary

AEG WORLDWIDE is seeking a Contract Administrator to collaborate with legal, operations, accounting and production teams on artist, venue, vendor, co-promotion, sponsor and location agreements. You will manage wire requests, deposits and venue insurance per contracts, ensuring compliance for each event.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, organizational skills and knowledge of contract language, with a dynamic team in a live events environment.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalency; BA/BS preferred.
  • 2-4 years of related work experience.
  • Paralegal or legal experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of contract administration and legal language.
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Ability to compare and analyze documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • MS Office and Adobe software knowledge.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and perform under pressure.
  • Interest in music industry preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Review and edit artist contracts, issue and process documents; coordinate with artist management and talent buyers.
  • Review venue, vendor, co-promotion, sponsor and location agreements; obtain approvals and issue to parties.
  • Initiate wire requests and deposits; liaise with accounting for timely processing.
  • Review venue insurance; amend and update coverage as needed.
  • Develop and update contract processes; ensure show files include updated contracts and insurances.
  • Train new staff in contract administration; create templates for training.
  • Coordinate with exhibitors to ensure paperwork is complete and venue information is current.
