Job summary

AEG Presents, a leading live entertainment company, seeks a Contract Administrator to partner with legal, operations, accounting and production teams. The role will review artist, venue, co-promotion, vendor, locations, and sponsor agreements and manage wire requests and deposits with the accounting team.

The position also handles venue insurance requirements and event-by-event needs. The role focuses on maintaining contract files, mentoring staff, and improving contract processes while serving

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; BA/BS degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of related work experience; paralegal or legal experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of contract administration and legal language.
• Attention to detail and highly organized.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work under pressure.
• Interest in the music industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of Special Events agreements from drafting to archiving.
• Draft and administer vendor, data-sharing, and catering agreements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal to verify event details and terms.
• Review certificates of insurance and compliance docs.
• Improve contract administration processes and workflows.
• Maintain accurate event files with current contracts and records.
• Train and mentor new employees in processes and systems.
• Serve as primary contact for clients on contractual requirements.
• Support operations by identifying process improvements and reporting.
