Job summary

DIG INN Chefs-In-Training in the United States is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our scratch-based kitchens. You will prep, cook, and plate dishes, gain exposure to multiple kitchen stations, and engage with guests about our menu and ingredients to deliver scratch-made meals.

The role offers tipping potential, opportunities for growth, and flexible scheduling with both part-time and full-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Prep, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins, grains using recipes as a guide and your taste for validation.
• Gain exposure to different kitchen stations including garde manger, grill, roast, market line, guest concierge and delivery/packout.
• Talk to guests about menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients to deliver scratch-made meals.
• Support the team during peak and off-peak service by pitching in wherever needed.
• Move around the kitchen for extended periods and meet physical requirements.
• Maintain hygiene by following DIG food safety standards and uphold anti-discrimination policies.
