Qualifications

• Passion for real, good food and willingness to learn culinary skills.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 pounds) with or without accommodation.
• Team orientation and collaboration with others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; guest-focused mindset.
• Desire for growth within the brigade and restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Prep, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins, grains, etc. following recipes and taste validation.
• Gain exposure to multiple kitchen stations (garde manger, grill, roast, market line, etc.).
• Explain menu offerings and ingredients to guests to enhance their dining experience.
• Support the team during peak and off-peak service by pitching in as needed.
• Maintain food safety standards and uphold anti-discrimination policies.
