Responsibilities

• Prep, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins, and grains using recipes as a guide and taste validation.
• Gain exposure to multiple kitchen stations (garde manger, grill, roast, market line, guest concierge, delivery/packout).
• Speak to guests about menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients to provide a delicious, scratch-made meal.
• Support the team during peak and off-peak service when needed.
• Maintain food safety standards and uphold anti-discrimination policies.
