Qualifications

• A passion for real, good food and a desire to learn culinary practices and skills.
• The ability to demonstrate and execute a strong work ethic.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Team-oriented focus and support for restaurant success.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Desire for growth in our brigade.

Responsibilities

• Prep, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins, grains using recipes and taste as guidance.
• Gain exposure to garde manger, grill, roast, market line, guest concierge, and delivery/packout stations.
• Explain menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients to guests to enhance their experience.
• Support the team during peak and off-peak service as needed.
