Responsabilités

• Prep, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins, and grains using recipes as a guide.
• Gain exposure to stations such as garde manger, grill, roast, and market line.
• Speak to guests about menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients.
• Support the team during peak and off-peak service as needed.
• Maintain food safety standards and uphold anti-discrimination policies.
