Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
• 1 yr. previous kitchen / culinary / chef experience is preferred, but not required.
• Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including but not limited to knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens required.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate line and prep stations in a fast-paced, scratch kitchen.
• Maintain proper food temps and follow company specifications; ensure clean station and workspace.
• Coordinate with assembler, expo, and management for ticket orders and service flow.
• Assist with opening duties and closing cleaning duties, per shift needs.
• Adhere to sanitation protocols and safety standards.
