Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old to operate kitchen equipment.
• 1+ year of kitchen/culinary/chef experience preferred.
• Experience with kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves and ovens is required.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate in fast-paced scratch kitchens for line and prep cooks.
• Ensure proper food temps and adherence to company specs.
• Maintain a clean, organized station and work area.
• Open and closing duties and sanitation protocols followed.
