J. Alexander's Restaurant is seeking a Line Cook to support our scratch kitchen. You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintain high standards of food temps, and ensure proper plating and sanitation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate kitchen equipment.
• 1 year previous kitchen/culinary experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket orders for proteins and ensure proper temps.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary station and workspace.
• Open and closing duties including sanitation and setup.
• Coordinate with assembler, expo, and management for smooth service.
