J. Alexander's Restaurant is seeking a Line Cook for an open-kitchen dining format in a fast-paced, scratch-kitchen environment. You will work on line and prep stations, ensuring precise food temps, presentation, and sanitation while maintaining a clean workstation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old to operate kitchen equipment.
• 1 yr. previous kitchen / culinary / chef experience is preferred, but not required.
• Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including but not limited to knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens required.

Responsibilities

• Operate line and prep stations; ensure proper food temps and presentation.
• Maintain clean, organized stations and proper sanitation throughout shifts.
• Coordinate with expo and management; manage ticket orders for proteins and workflow.
