Job summary

RR Donnelley in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a detail‑oriented clerical professional to support word processing tasks, including formatting, proofreading, editing, and converting documents to images (PDF).

You will work Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM, with training 9:00 AM–5:00 PM for six weeks. After a 90‑day probation, a hybrid model (3 days onsite, 3 days remote) applies. Pay starts at $26.31/hr plus $3.00 shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of legal experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Typing speed of 60 wpm with high accuracy; strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for word processing projects: formatting, proofreading, editing, styling, printing, and converting documents to images (PDF).
• Coordinate workload, assign, track, and expedite tasks within the department.
• Gather requirements from requesters and allocate appropriate resources.
