Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Technical Analyst I for Legal & Compliance Technology to learn and apply standards for technical documentation, testing, release management, and systems support. You will support the Legal Solutions applications and help drive process improvements within the department.

You will coordinate with Legal, IT, and external vendors, handle onboarding for new associates, and contribute to operational roadmaps while leveraging AI capabilities to enhance workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least three years of relevant experience or five+ years in-house legal department support.
• Familiarity with legal technology applications such as Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker, iManage, Diligent Entities, NAVEX EthicsPoint, or similar platforms.
• Experience with legal or HR reporting and management of highly sensitive data.
• Experience in technical product management, application administration, or application ownership is desirable.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage recurring, deadline-driven responsibilities.
• Experience coordinating projects, tracking tasks, timelines, and status updates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, and ServiceNow.
• Experience with Power BI or Cognos; GitHub familiarity is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with AI capabilities and emerging technologies (Claude Code, AWS AgentCore) is a plus.
• No formal certifications required; ITIL, PMP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for Legal Solutions applications such as Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker, iManage, Diligent Entities, and NAVEX EthicsPoint.
• Manage and resolve service requests via ServiceNow and other channels for end users.
• Perform recurring application administration and data maintenance activities including user access updates and data loads.
• Support legal reporting and governance of sensitive data and deliver recurring reports and data files.
• Assist with application enhancements, configuration changes, and customizations to meet changing requirements.
• Coordinate application changes with Legal, IT, and external vendors.
• Support onboarding of new Legal associates and rollout of new systems and functionality.
• Collaborate with vendors to evaluate solutions, troubleshoot issues, and address business needs.
