Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Technical Analyst I in California to support the Legal & Compliance Technology suite, providing Tier 2/3 application support, governance, and onboarding of new systems. The role focuses on improving efficiency through automation and AI-enabled workflows.

Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, familiarity with legal tech tools, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset. This on-site position includes team collaboration and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with at least three years of relevant experience, or five or more years in-house legal department support.
Familiarity with legal technology applications such as Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker, iManage, Diligent Entities, NAVEX EthicsPoint.
Experience with legal or HR reporting and handling highly sensitive data.
Experience in technical product management, application administration, or ownership is desirable.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for Legal Solutions applications (e.g., Legal Tracker, iManage, Diligent, NAVEX).
Coordinate changes with Legal, IT, and external vendors.
Support onboarding of new Legal associates and rollout of new systems.
Assist with security reporting, audits, and data governance.
Translate business requirements into actionable tasks and track progress.
