Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Technical Analyst I in Legal & Compliance Technology to support the IT organization by implementing standards for technical documentation, testing, release management, and support for legal tech applications. Responsibilities include Tier 2/3 support for Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker, iManage, and NAVEX EthicsPoint; data governance; and project coordination within an agile framework.

Strong Excel and ServiceNow skills are required, with familiarity in Power BI and AI trends a

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years relevant experience or 5+ years in-house legal dept support.
Familiarity with legal tech applications such as Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker, iManage, Diligent Entities, NAVEX EthicsPoint, or similar platforms.
Experience with legal or HR reporting and handling highly sensitive data.
Experience in technical product management, application administration, or ownership is desirable.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with deadline-driven tasks.
Experience coordinating projects, tracking tasks, and communicating status updates.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, and ServiceNow.
Experience with Power BI or Cognos; GitHub familiarity is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies; AI capabilities knowledge is a plus; ITIL/PMP certifications are beneficial.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for the Legal Solutions application suite (Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker, iManage, Diligent Entities, NAVEX EthicsPoint).
Manage service requests via ServiceNow and user guidance.
Perform recurring administration and data maintenance including access updates and data loads.
Support governance and reporting of sensitive legal data and deliver recurring reports to partners.
Assist with enhancements, configuration changes, and customizations for evolving needs.
Coordinate app changes with Legal, IT and vendors; onboard new associates and roll out new systems.
Collaborate with vendors to evaluate solutions and troubleshoot issues.
