Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Technical Analyst I for its Legal & Compliance Technology group in Florida. You will support the IT organization with standards, governance, and efficient technical documentation, testing, and release management.

The role focuses on Tier 2/3 support for legal tech apps, data governance, and training end users to improve workflows. You will work with vendors and internal teams to implement enhancements, manage access controls, and ensure compliance in a fast-paced agile

Qualifications

Experience in translating business and project requirements into actionable tasks.
Familiarity with governance, process optimization, and agile project teams.
Experience providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for legal technology applications.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 functional and technical support for the Legal Solutions application suite.
Manage service requests via ServiceNow and assist end users.
Perform recurring administration, data maintenance, and access updates.
Support legal reporting, governance, and data files for business partners and vendors.
Assist with application enhancements, configuration changes, and customizations.
Coordinate application changes with Legal, IT, and external vendors.
Support onboarding and rollout of new systems and functionality.
Collaborate with software vendors to evaluate solutions and troubleshoot issues.
Translate requirements into tasks and manage project activities and timelines.
Schedule and facilitate testing, UAT, and defect tracking; drive improvements.
