Lennar is seeking a Technical Analyst I for Legal & Compliance Technology to support and optimize a suite of legal applications. You’ll provide Tier 2/3 support, manage data, and contribute to governance and reporting, working with IT, Legal, and external vendors.

The role emphasizes process improvement, onboarding new users, and coordinating application changes. Strong IT and organizational skills are essential for success in a dynamic, enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or 5+ years supporting an in-house legal department.
• Familiarity with legal tech applications such as Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker, iManage, Diligent Entities, NAVEX EthicsPoint.
• Experience with legal or HR reporting and handling sensitive data.
• Experience in technical product management or application administration is desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage recurring deadline-driven work.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for Legal Solutions applications (e.g., Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker, iManage, Diligent Entities, NAVEX EthicsPoint).
• Perform recurring administration and data maintenance (user access, data loads, legal hold).
• Support regulatory reporting and governance of sensitive data and deliver recurring data files to partners/vendors.
• Coordinate enhancements, configuration changes, and onboarding of new Legal associates.
• Collaborate with vendors and IT to evaluate solutions and address business needs.
• Support testing (UAT), defect tracking, and project roadmaps for Legal Tech initiatives.
