Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least three years of relevant experience, or five or more years of comparable experience supporting an in-house legal department.
• Familiarity with legal technology applications such as Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker, iManage, Diligent Entities, NAVEX EthicsPoint, or similar platforms.
• Experience in reporting and managing highly sensitive and confidential data; experience with technical product management or application ownership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for the Legal Solutions application suite.
• Coordinate and validate application changes with Legal, IT, and external vendors.
• Schedule and facilitate testing, UAT, and issue resolution with stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver end-user training and create SOPs to promote consistency.
