Job summary
Lennar is seeking a Technical Analyst I for Legal & Compliance Technology in Austin. You will support critical legal applications, manage changes, and help ensure accurate reporting and governance of sensitive data.
The role emphasizes collaboration with Legal, IT, and vendors, plus onboarding and training activities. Strong organizational skills and familiarity with AI-enabled tech are valued.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience supporting a legal department.
- Experience with Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker, iManage, Diligent Entities, NAVEX EthicsPoint, or similar platforms.
- Experience in legal or HR reporting and handling highly sensitive data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, and familiarity with Power BI.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and 3 support for the Legal Solutions application suite.
- Manage service requests via ServiceNow and guide end users.
- Perform recurring application administration and data maintenance.
- Support legal reporting and governance of sensitive data.
- Coordinate application changes with Legal, IT, and external vendors.
- Assist with onboarding of new Legal associates and rollout of new systems.
