Job summary

Lennar seeks a Technical Analyst I for its Legal & Compliance Technology team in Irving, TX. You will support Tier 2/3 operations for Legal Tracker, iManage, and NAVEX, manage requests in ServiceNow, and help implement enhancements and data governance.

You will collaborate with Legal, IT, and vendors, perform audits, and train end users while applying Agile practices and AI capabilities to improve workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in supporting an in-house legal department or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker, iManage, Diligent Entities, NAVEX EthicsPoint or similar.
• Experience with legal/HR reporting and handling highly sensitive data.
• Experience in technical product management, application administration, or ownership is desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with deadline-driven responsibilities.
• Experience coordinating projects, tracking tasks, and communicating status updates.
• Proficiency with Excel and ServiceNow; Power BI or Cognos preferred; GitHub a plus.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies; familiarity with AI capabilities is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (ITIL, PMP, or Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for Legal Solutions apps (Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker, iManage, Diligent Entities, NAVEX EthicsPoint).
• Manage ServiceNow requests and user support channels.
• Perform recurring app administration, data maintenance, access updates, and data loads.
• Support legal reporting and governance; prepare/deliver recurring data files.
• Assist with enhancements, configuration changes, and customizations.
• Coordinate app changes with Legal, IT, and external vendors.
• Support onboarding for new Legal associates and rollout of new systems.
• Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot and address business needs.
• Develop and deliver end-user training; create SOPs and runbooks.
