Job summary
Lennar in the United States is seeking a Technical Analyst I to support the Legal & Compliance Technology team. You will handle Tier 2 and 3 support for legal technology applications, coordinate changes with IT and external vendors, and contribute to governance and data integrity across sensitive matter data.
The role emphasizes process improvement, training, and the rollout of new workflows, with opportunities to leverage automation and AI to boost efficiency in legal operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in supporting an in-house legal department or similar environment.
- Experience with legal technology applications such as Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker, iManage, Diligent Entities, NAVEX EthicsPoint.
- Experience in legal or HR reporting and handling sensitive data.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines and recurring tasks.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 functional and technical support for the Legal Solutions application suite.
- Coordinate application changes with Legal, IT, and external vendors and support onboarding of new users.
- Assist with data governance, security audits, and recurring reporting to stakeholders.
- Support testing, UAT, and post-release maintenance for new workflows and technology solutions.
