Husch Blackwell LLP seeks a Business Intake Liaison to manage the intake process for new work, gathering essential information from attorneys or clients and ensuring data accuracy before entry into firm systems.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration during intake, resolve data issues, and maintain up-to-date records while delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships with conflicts, information governance, docketing, and billing teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ relevant experience in a legal or customer service environment is required, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and EMS required.
• Excellent client and customer service skills.
• Ability to assess the accuracy of data associated with matters and make sound judgments and decisions.
• Knowledge of legal terminology and processes required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Excellent research, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Own the intake process for new work, gathering required information from attorneys or clients and ensuring data accuracy before uploading into firm systems.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration during intake to ensure efficiency and completeness.
• Research and resolve data issues, and maintain accurate business records in the firm’s database.
• Provide excellent client service and build relationships with stakeholders across conflicts, information governance, docketing, and billing.
