Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ relevant experience in a legal or customer service environment is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) is required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to interact with attorneys and clients with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Own the intake process for new matters, gathering required information from attorneys or clients.
• Evaluate data accuracy before updating firm systems; resolve issues to completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across conflicts, information governance, docketing and billing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date business records in the firm’s database.
• Provide excellent client service and follow up on outstanding items until resolved.
• Support a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving processes.
