• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment.
• Legal background knowledge is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Field client phone calls, emails, and web orders including rush assignments with tight deadlines.
• Provide professional customer service to legal clientele and communicate status updates.
• Monitor orders for timely completion; maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Work in-office Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
