Job summary

Knox Attorney Service in San Diego is seeking an organized legal support specialist to monitor 50–75 orders daily, relay updates from field agents to clients, and input notes into our system. You will also follow up on order statuses with field agents and assist in billing for completed work.

The role requires fast typing, attention to detail, and professional communication by phone and email; prior experience in a legal support environment is a plus.

Qualifications

• This is a fast paced environment. Attention to detail is very important on sensitive legal documents.
• Must be highly organized, have a sense of urgency, and good time management.
• Professional phone and email etiquette is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor 50-75 orders daily, obtain updates from field agents, and input notes into the database.
• Follow up with field agents for order status and inform clients of issues on active orders.
• Review completed orders and process them for billing.
