Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage is seeking an experienced Learning Operations professional to oversee instructor-led, virtual, hybrid, and large-scale programs. You will coordinate readiness, resources, and technology, partnering with managers, delivery teams, vendors, and instructors to achieve outstanding training outcomes.

You will monitor KPIs, develop procedures, and lead process improvements, while mentoring Learning Operations Analysts and supporting global programs across regions and time zones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning operations, training delivery, learning administration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing complex training programs or large-scale learning delivery operations.
• Travel may be required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational planning and execution for instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, hybrid, and large-scale learning programs.
• Provide live operational and technical support for high-profile and strategic training events.
• Partner with program managers, delivery teams, technology teams, vendors, and instructors to ensure successful training outcomes.
• Monitor delivery performance, learner experience metrics, and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for stakeholders and leadership.
• Mentor Learning Operations Analysts and support skill development and consistency.
