Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage is seeking a commercially minded growth strategy consultant to drive revenue acceleration for public sector, academia, and high-tech clients. You own senior client relationships, diagnose growth gaps, and shape the agenda for impactful solutions.

You will design growth programs, lead engagements, and support sales in skilling initiatives. Expect travel up to 5% and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in learning operations, training administration, program coordination, or event coordination.
• 1 end-to-end customer growth or commercial transformation engagement, including hands-on design and configuration.
• 6+ years of commercial strategy experience with customer growth, operating models, and workshops.
• External client-facing consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Build customer growth strategy solutions that transform client impact and drive revenue growth.
• Design, set-up, and test prototype and production growth strategy solutions with integrated components.
• Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to create skilling offerings powered by customer insight.
• Develop strong client relationships and earn trust of senior advisors.
• Make the business case for LearnVantage solutions and present recommendations.
• Support and lead Accenture sales efforts related to skilling in academia and government.
• Continue to learn and develop expertise in customer growth strategy and business acumen.
• Travel up to 5% may be required depending on business need.
