Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Learning Technology Consultant to lead LMS and learning technology initiatives, partnering with client account teams to diagnose challenges and translate requirements into actionable strategies.

You will oversee LMS/LXP selections, advise on best practices, and coordinate large-scale implementations with distributed teams, while developing junior talent and engaging senior stakeholders. Travel 25–50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in learning technology consulting or implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
• Bonus Points If Demonstrated proficiency in one or more enterprise LMS platforms—Cornerstone OnDemand, SAP SuccessFactors Learning, Saba, SumTotal, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled learning tools or agentic AI use cases in the learning space.

Responsibilities

• Lead LMS and learning technology selection engagements, guiding clients through structured evaluation and decision processes.
• Advise clients on learning process best practices in the context of modern LMS and LXP platforms.
• Collaborate with practice leadership to develop and grow the LMS project pipeline.
• Craft compelling proposals, solution configurations, and effort estimates for LMS, LXP, and broader learning tech engagements.
• Review and validate LMS solution designs, providing authoritative guidance on complex configuration and integration challenges.
• Build deep expertise in at least one learning technology domain—LMS, LXP, learning analytics, AI-enabled learning, or emerging skills platforms.
• Lead / coordinate large Learn Tech / LMS / LXP implementations working closely with globally distributed implementation teams.
• Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 50% depending on business need and client requirements.
