Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Learning Technology Consultant at the Manager level to lead delivery excellence across LMS and learning technology workstreams, mentor junior talent, and engage senior stakeholders. You will guide strategy roadmaps, vendor selections, and full‑cycle platform implementations, from whiteboard to go‑live, while collaborating with Managing Directors on high‑stakes moments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in learning technology consulting or implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate's Degree, minimum 6 years work experience required

Responsibilities

• Partner with client account teams to diagnose business challenges, define requirements, and translate them into actionable learning technology strategies.
• Lead LMS and learning technology selection engagements, guiding clients through structured evaluation and decision processes.
• Advise clients on learning process best practices in the context of modern LMS and LXP platforms.
• Collaborate with practice leadership to develop and grow the LMS project pipeline.
• Craft compelling proposals, solution configurations, and effort estimates for LMS, LXP, and broader learning tech engagements.
• Review and validate LMS solution designs, providing authoritative guidance on complex configuration and integration challenges.
• Build deep expertise in at least one learning technology domain—LMS, LXP, learning analytics, AI-enabled learning, or emerging skills platforms.
• Lead / coordinate large Learn Tech / LMS / LXP implementations working closely with globally distributed implementation teams
