Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage in the United States is seeking a senior Learning Operations professional to lead and optimize instructor-led delivery, learner support, and program execution. You will drive readiness, coordinate with program managers, instructors, vendors, and clients, and monitor KPIs to ensure high-quality learning experiences at scale.

You will mentor analysts, contribute to process improvements, manage complex training programs, and act as escalation point for delivery challenges.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning operations, training delivery, learning administration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing complex training programs or large-scale learning delivery operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational planning and execution for instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, hybrid, and large-scale learning programs.
• Provide live operational and technical support for high-profile and strategic training events.
• Partner with program managers, delivery teams, vendors, and instructors to ensure successful training outcomes.
• Monitor delivery performance, learner experience metrics, support trends, and operational KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures, standards, playbooks, and knowledge management resources.
• Mentor Learning Operations Analysts and other team members to support skill development.
• Support global learning delivery programs across multiple regions, time zones, and delivery modalities.
• Contribute to operational strategy, capacity planning, and continuous improvement efforts.
