Job summary

Toyota North America is seeking a Manager, Learning Delivery to lead learner-facing execution across enterprise and regional Learning & Development. You will oversee facilitation and delivery operations, manage Delivery leaders, set quality standards, allocate capacity, and serve as the escalation point for delivery issues.

You will partner with multiple teams—Facilitation, Programs, Design, and Enable—to ensure sessions are learner-ready, on schedule, and supported by accurate logistics and LMS

Qualifications

• 7+ years in learning delivery, facilitation leadership, or related L&D roles.
• Experience leading, coaching, and evaluating employees.
• Proven ability to manage teams in a complex, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and manage Delivery direct reports with goals and development plans.
• Lead the Delivery function across facilitation and delivery operations for enterprise and regional learning.
• Set standards for learner readiness, facilitation quality, session execution, and communications.
• Manage team capacity, scheduling priorities, and resource allocation across sessions and programs.
• Oversee scheduling, logistics, rosters, learner communications, and materials for delivery events.
• Monitor Delivery performance via learner feedback, evaluations, and service trends; drive improvements.
• Oversee LMS transactions to ensure assignments, enrollments, completions, and records follow standards.
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex learner, facilitator, staffing, and tech issues.
• Partner with Facilitation on standards, certification, network capability, and coaching.
• Collaborate with Programs on schedules, cohorts, and communications.
• Coordinate with Design to ensure materials are teach-ready and aligned with outcomes.
